Why won’t my insignia washer rinse or spin? null

Mine isn’t doing it either. I think that is the problem with a lot of these washers. I only had mine 9 months.

We are having same issue. Very frustrating. Load is balanced, just keeps repeating the rinse cycle. Started doing it only once in a while, today it is every load. I've had to wring out by hand and dry.
