“getting a bad musty smell in washer. I done every thing it said to do like washer cleaner, bleach, vinegar baking soda through tub clean cycle. also we wash every two days. Did not have a problem with any of my old washers.”

Even though the washer appeared to be working fine, after 2-3 weeks of noticing the smell I discovered that not all of the water was draining. Some remained and was sitting under the tub after the final spin cycle. The clothes had a “not clean” smell after washing them and the washer had a musty odor. Our washer was old enough we opted to replace instead of fix.
