Yes .. 9 months old washer & told the pump is out ..its been a month & still waiting to be fixed ..delay due to wrong pump sent ..hopefully On 1/16/2024 it gets fixed with a new pump
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This machine is stupid the way they design this. The water doesn't fill up the tub right away. It does a dry cycle movement, cause it's balancing the laundry, it's also trying to determine how much laundry you have in order to fill it up with water. suggestion, make sure you list the add more water, cause the machine fills certain amount water, then by adding more water may help with laundering your clothing. Once the machine started you cannot change any part of the dials.
