“My Insignia Eco washers agitator makes a ratcheting or clicking noise when it moves in the counter clockwise direction. From my online research it’s possibly the agitator “dogs” need replacement. Please advise”

Mine does as well That is the agitation cycle calibrating its self and level the load of laundry so it doesnt run of balance. If load is out of balance the washer shut off.
