I noticed that a lot of people said that the fabric softener compartment does not work (it gets clogged). I read this before receiving the machine, so I bought a Downey Ball. I shouldn't have to but, I knew what I was getting and I haven't had a problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had maybe an opposite problem. Water is overflowing the fabric softener cup on fill. Before any other water enters the machine water shoots into the cup and overflows it. This is without selecting the fabric softener option. I haven't actually tried with the fabric softener option selected.
