“Just set up machine and the tub is crooked - it is level . There seems to be a plastic arm hanging down in the back . Did I do something wrong”

Please try again later.No the washer just sucks, my drum is crooked even though its completely level, and keeps hitting that white piece in the back and makes the god awful ticking noise, my suggestion is take it back get a refund and buy a different washer if you still can.
