I am having the same issues with mine as well! It has been making the bang noise ever since I got it and best buy hooked it up Everything is as it should be but it bangs so loud. I regret my purchase.

Also, the continuous flashing blue light when the cycle is complete, doesn't go out until you open the door. Were it not for the loud disruptions, it would be a good machine. I won't buy another one!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine does the same thing but on the rinse cycle it drains water out and fills it again over and over. I recorded it. It was a total of about 14 minutes The whole time making the banging noise. Bestbuy replaced it so far 2 times because of this problem. 3rd time replaced was a cracked drum. Horrible purchase!!!
