• I did not purchase the extended warranty, but can say I absolutely love this washer. I have never purchased this brand always the maytag Very happy with it

• I purchased it and have had to use it once. They came out and replaced the hose which was leaking They also offered to come out for another issue but I think I have that under control. My point it that they do honor the warranty
