• This topload washer is basically a rebadged Frigidaire FFTW4120SW so if you couldn't get parts through Best Buy you could get the non-cosmetic parts from Frigidaire.

• We have the geek warranty from Bestbuy. So, they fix ours. I would check with them if you could get the parts from them, too.
