“I want to know how I can soak and bleach my dish towels. I don't know how to get the water and bleach in the machine then to add the towels as the towels have to be in and the lid shut before the water comes in.”

As others have stated, you can use the soak button, but you can also pause the machine. Have it fill up, hit pause to unlock the lid, add detergent and bleach directly into the water, close lid and hit pause to get machine to start again. After it has agitated a bit (to distribute detergent and bleach), hit pause to stop the cycle. After items have soaked for your desired length of time, hit pause to continue the wash.

Thanks to all who take the time to reply and review, it really means a lot to some of us. Because of these reviews I am returning the Samsung for this and 5 years Geek Squad, almost the same price and I get 6 years full warranty. That seemed to make a lot more sense that buying a high priced machine.

Put the bleach in the dispenser and the towels in the washer. Press the soak button and set your washing cycle. Then push the power button and the start button.
