“Just picked up this Insignia washer, after installing it with new hoses, the water will not fill. The agitator turns once every little bit as it's supposed to when it's filling but it does not fill with water. Has anybody had this issue also.”

Are you referring to the rotations that the washer makes when it is weighing the load, calculating the amount of water needed prior to actually dispensing it? The washer will normally rotate the drum about 6 times, WITHOUT INTRODUCING WATER, during this procedure.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just got mine too. I saw the same issue. It is high efficiency so it uses less water to wash. After a few wash loads it seems to fill up more then when I first used it. Try different settings. Try a large load setting and see how far it fills up. I think it just needs breaking in.
