I just received mine today and it is supposed to be he but the 2 loads I have done were full loads, on normal cycle, and I DID NOT push the water plus button at all, and the water plus was not lit, but the washer filled completely to the top, with more water than a normal cycle would of needed. So, I'm not sure if that is right for the normal setting but if so, it isn't he. My last washer was a whirlpool top load he and it didn't fill up all the way on normal setting. Does anyone else's fill up on normal? I'm wanting to know if mine is defective or not.

Yes . I'm reading reviews that the washer is filling all the way up but they must have the overfill water (WATER PLUS) setting pushed.. In delicate it is very very low, In heavy duty with water plus setting pushed or something like that it does a perfect job of going as high as the agitator not over it . It senses the load and fills water accordingly. I know my old skool was low medium & high but this is an HE.

The Best Buy specifications on the product web page say it is NOT high efficiency. If in fact this machine IS high efficiency, Best Buy should update their online information and alert customers.

I question this myself. It says it is which I thought means that the washer senses the amount of clothes and only fills with enough water to cover them, but the washer fills entirely to the top with water. It has a aggitator in the center though vs other HE machines with no aggitator.
