Your machine is broken. I had the same thing happen after using it for about a month. It should be agitating the clothes.

High Efficiency Top Load Washer can be normal for high-efficiency (HE) washers. These washers use different agitation methods compared to traditional washers to be more energy and water-efficient. Here are a few points to consider: 1. Gentle Agitation: HE washers often use a gentler, more efficient agitation process. This might seem less forceful compared to older models but is designed to clean effectively while using less water and energy. 2. Load Sensing: The washer may be sensing the load size and adjusting the agitation accordingly. This can result in lighter agitation for smaller or balanced loads. 3. Cycle Selection: Different wash cycles may have varying agitation intensities. For example, delicate cycles will have gentler agitation compared to heavy-duty cycles. If you feel that the washer is not cleaning your clothes effectively, you might want to try the following: - Check the Cycle Settings: Ensure you are using the appropriate cycle for the type of load you are washing. - Balance the Load: Make sure the load is evenly distributed to allow the washer to agitate properly. - Use the Extra Water Option: Some HE washers have an option to add more water to the wash cycle, which might help with more thorough cleaning. If the issue persists or you believe there might be a malfunction, it would be best to contact Insignia customer support for further assistance. I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions or need further assistance.
