Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Shortly after buying my washer, I washed a blanket and pillow.. They were too heavy, and the machine could not spin. I removed the items, and baled out the water, then put it on the spin cycle and it worked…. I hope your issue is as simple as that. If not, did you get an extended warranty? The Geek Squad guys are knowledgeable and excellent in their field. Hope this helps.
