“I have not been able to wash one load in this "washing machine." It always 100% errors out E5. I had Geek Squad come out to look at it and they said nothing is wrong with it... How do I fix this E5?! I've had this thing for 3 months now.”

I know it's pain but I would have them bring me another unit seeng how it's a 1 year warranty. Sounds like it could have have been a repo and t who ever had it damaged by over later overloading the machine.
