• Make sure that the cold water supply hose is connected to the cold water faucet and to the cold water intake on the machine. Press the Temp button to select Cold.

• My washer works with cold water. Maybe u have it hooked up up wrong or u need someone to check it out .I have mine hooked to the kitchen sink and it works just fine Or the washer is not good or your hookup isn't good
