I recommend double checking the easy and simple things first like the drain hose being connected. If you believe the washier itself is leaking run a cycle and watch. The leak should be fairly easy to locate. Once you know where the leak is you'll be able to move forward with the manufacture or the repair guy.

Verify if the unit is on a level surface and that the laundry load is balanced. Make sure The height for the drain standpipe is 48 in. (122cm) as this is the required height. Also, make sure that the drain hose completely covers the end of the drain pipe.
