“How do you remove the decorative plugs on top of the fridge? I'm trying to reverse the doors but the top has to be removed first and the decorative plugs are flush with surface! I've tried a finger nail, butter knife, No instructions for this step.”

Use a small screwdriver to remove the plugs...gently. I needed to do the same, meaning that I also reversed the door in order to better suit my needs. After that, the process is quite simple and straight forward. Best of luck.
