“I bought this dryer everything been plugged in once I turn the dryer on and select a function push start the dryer doesn't cycle the minutes are counting down but the dryer is not doing anything its not cycling is there something that im not doing right?”

See if anything is crimped in the back —one of the cords maybe. That’s what happened to me and it kept shutting off after five minutes. Geek Squad came here and straightened it out and it’s worked perfectly since then.
