is the dryer 220v or 110v? null

'120v/240' is not a very clear answer for which of those two it is. Does this dryer need 240 to work? Is it 120v OR 240v? Or is it 120v for the electronics inside but the heat uses 240? So does the 120v/240v mean technically it uses both and still won't work with just 120v? The specs on the best buy page say 120v.

This dryer is 120 V/240 V AC, 60 Hz.
