“Just want to make sure if this convection oven does switch to regular oven bake. So can fan be turned off for baking things like bread and cookies as usually convection ovens are not good for baking and rising dough. Thanks”

• You can choose between the "Bake" function that uses the bottom oven element for evenly cooking or the "Bake with fan icon" function that turns on the fan while baking.
