Yes it does plug into 110 outlet

Listen, Ash! I'm really not sure what you mean by a 110 outlet. All I did was automatically plugged it in to our outlet on our wall. Did "not" have to have a special outlet if that's what you are thinking. I'm really enjoying my frig. However your directions says "not" to place it on carpet.

Yes, it has a standard grounded plug ... 3-prong, but not the "big appliance" one.
