Will this work on the first version of the ps4? null

NOT FOR ME! Really let down too

No. I bought it by accident for my original ps4 unit only to find out it's for the pro or slim model. Wasn't very specific on the packaging. Luckily for me my original ps4 threw a fit when trying to use discs so I upgraded to the pro and used it on that.
