Does toaster oven have auto shutoff? null

You can set it to auto shutoff with the timer knob.

It has a timer for up to 30 mins or you can select "stay on".

It has a timer knob. Turn it one way and get increasing amounts of time up to 30 minutes, and it turns off. Turn the knob the other direction and it will stay on.
