• Hello, Yes, your Amazon Fire Stick will work on this 40" Insignia T.V., as I also have the ROKU connected to mine and it works just fine! Just connect your Amazon Fire Stick into one of the HDMI inputs and you are set! Hope this answered your question! Enjoy Larry
