• There are feet that you install at the bottom of the TV. It's fairly easy to do and holds up great! I've got two models and I haven't had any problems with them!

• Yes. The "Stand" in this case is actually two separate "feet" which you can see in the product image beneath the screen. They are easy to attach and are quite sturdy. The "feet" are packaged in plastic and located in the top Styrofoam piece which protects the TV during shipping.
