• TV is not Miracast capable. I can cast with Apple TV or Chromecast

• usually not just need to use some device between your phone and tv .. ie cable or interface.

• No it does not. You just need a USB to HDMI cable to connect your device to the tv

• Yes. There is no option on this tv to do so. I use an Apple TV to mirror my devices.
