Yes, the Insignia™ 40" Class FE Series LED Full HD Smart Fire TV supports screen mirroring from Apple devices using Apple AirPlay, as long as both the TV and the Apple device (iPhone, iPad, or MacBook) are connected to the same Wi-Fi network; to enable this, go to Settings > Display & Sounds > Apple AirPlay & HomeKit on the TV and turn on AirPlay, then open Control Center on your Apple device, tap Screen Mirroring, and select your Insignia TV from the list to begin mirroring.
