Hello Steve, thank you for your question. To turn off overscan and see the full computer desktop on your Insignia 40" FE Series Fire TV, you’ll want to adjust the Picture Size or Aspect Ratio settings on the TV. Set the picture mode to Direct or Just Scan so the TV displays every pixel from your computer without cropping the edges. Sudeep | Insignia
