QuestionWe bought this TV last year and noticed that when we're watching an older DVD, we can't get the aspect ratio right. I've tried Normal, Wide, Zoom, etc. and none of them make it so it's NOT wide screen. We want 4:3, not 16:9. This TV seems unable to do it.

- Answer Hi Nikki, Thanks for the response. I already did what you suggested. We have tried every way possible. The remote has an "Aspect" button, which cycled between "Normal" and "Wide". I then went into the Menu->Picture->Advanced Settiings and only those two settings are there. So I turned "OverScan" on and this made "Zoom", "Cinema", and "Auto" available. I then cycled through all of 5 of the settings and none of them get me a 4:3 ratio for older shows. My question is whether this is a limitation of this model, or if I got a specific TV that doesn't do what it's supposed to do?

QuestionCan I connect my device to this tv through wifi?

- Answer By "device" do you mean a Fire stick or Roku device? If so then yes. Those devices connect to the Internet so your tv does not connect itself. You connect those devices to the TV's HDMI port. I'm sure a Google device should work too. It you mean your phone or tablet then those can be cast using the fire stick or Google tv device.

- Answer I never found it. Had Comcast adjust my Comcast remote and I get my channels that way. Only problem is you have to use the Insignia remote to turn on or off the tv and also the Volume. (its a pain but it works).

- Answer Hi BobR69, - Turn off the TV off and unplug it from power. - While the TV is off, press and hold the "MENU" button, "BACK" button, and the "LEFT" side of the navigation ring at the same time for 12 seconds. NOTE: This process just clears the pairing information from the remote. It does not reset the TV. - Remove the batteries from the remote, then plug in and turn on the TV with the power button on the TV. - Wait for the Home screen to appear, then replace the batteries in the remote. - Wait for one minute for the remote to pair with the TV. - Try new set of batteries.
