“Just bought the Insignia 43 Fire TV. Like it, but HDMI connection between my four year old HP Notebook works great until the mouse pointer on the computer starts to act up. Have to restart the computer. Any ideas why this is happening?”

• Try this: Long press the Home button for 2 seconds > go to Picture > Advanced Settings > Picture Mode > and select PC.
