“Purchased prime day 2021. Setup w/ a Samsung J-series sound bar via optical. (HDMI-ARC isnt working). Installed LEDs to the TV USB port. Problem: Every 45mins or so LEDs flash & the Soundbar turns on. They turn off & it happens repeat. Why is this?”
