Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure the cable box is turned on, usually a light indicator on the box. If your cable box is plugged into HDMI 1, make sure the TV is on HDMI 1. If you have tried mulitiple inputs on your TV, Try swapping the cable with a new one. If all else fails you can have Geek Squad come out to look at it, or your Cable provider. Best of luck.
