The settings should be saved as you change them.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When you go into settings, go to accessibility. Scroll down to the item(s) you want to implement and click to turn them on. Back out of each option using the back arrow key on the left side of your remote continue down the list until all of your options are selected. Then back out of the settings menu. Your options should start working immediately. If they don't, contact Insignia immediately and they will help you. Or, Best Buy if you bought the extended warranty. We bought the extended warranty but I still went to through Insignia when I had a problem within the first week. The number can be located in the directions towards the back. They will need the serial number on the side of the tv so snap a picture of it before you call so you can reference it! Good luck!
