Your remote control guide is the icon that looks like a tv. Those instructions are also in the paper instructions included with your tv

If you are using the original remote of the TV and you are watching through Live TV, you can access channel guide through the remote so that you won't have to scroll using the channels button. Just look for the TV icon/symbol on the remote in between the volume and channel buttons.
