“Hello, I purchased this TV for a business to be able to play a slide show or show pictures. When I leave a photo up from a USB the TV turns off after 5 minutes despite changing the settings. Is there anyway around this? Thanks!”

It is normal for the TV to turn off if there is a static image on the screen for a period of time. This is to meet various regulatory requirements for power consumption. However, a work around would be saving your slideshow as a video. Download VLC player and play the video on repeat. Apologies for the inconvenience.
