“Insignia said go to “menu” “channels” and turn aspect ratio off. When i go to “menu” “channels” it will not let me choose “channels” as an option. It skips over going right and left and “channels” is grayed out. Try what next?”

This Channels menu is available when you select the Antenna input. Try to go Menu > Picture > Advanced Settings.
