• I recently purchased a unit for my kitchen. It is very loud when the motor runs. Much louder than my standard refrigerator which is more than twice the size of the wine cooler. When I purchased the item I was told it was very quiet. That turned out not to be true.

• It’s very quiet. You barely hear it running even if standing in front of it. I replaced a Viking unit with this and this is quieter. Very satisfied with the purchase.
