Questiongiant white glare in center of screenbought the tv at best buy on black friday, and just set it up. there's a huge white glare in the center of the screen thats visible when the picture is black. is there some way to fix this, or is it damaged?

- Answer I purchased one today and it worked perfectly. Returned it to get a TV with better picture quality (120hz). I would exchange it sooner rather than later if I were you!

- Answer I just looked in the product manual on the Insignia website and it states the USB port can be used for .jpeg photos and firmware upgrades only. TV's that are not Smart TVs typically do not include the necessary licensing to view proprietary video formats from a USB flashdrive/hard drive. I would recommend using a Blu-ray player, tablet, phone or PC connected via HDMI to view your digital movies.
