I've only had mine for a very short time, but have seen no condensation issues like you describe. Perhaps the rubber gasket around the door has a tiny gap in it someplace and is letting some outside warm (and humid) air in, which then makes that condensation on a cold surface. So the first thing I'd check is there are NO gaps when the door is closed: See if you can slide a piece of paper (like a crisp dollar bill!) past the gasket anywhere -- you shouldn't be able to.
