• Hello, this TV does not include an HDMI cable. Also most newer cable boxes include an HDMI port but some older ones do not but this TV should connect to them easily.

• No, but for best picture-you should. You are able to hook directly up through cable & rca cords also.

• No, you can connect your cable with multiple different cable setups. An HDMI is recommended because this will give you the best possible picture.
