Does this one have a tower cooler? null

No, it does not come with one. I bought one on Amazon and ran the plug through the hole in the back of the fridge meant for an external CO2 tank. It works well.

No, not specifically. But it is open to the refrigerator below and it does have a circulation fan. It stays pretty cold.
