• we keep ours at 33. 32 was causing ice..and slowing down flow 33 is perfect

• 32 is the coldest setting. I had there on a hot day in our barn and the beer was COLD.

• Answered my own question by looking at the Operators Manual. It says it's operating temperature range is 32°-50°F (0°-10°C).
