The answer to your ? is yes. 1st shelf measures 2 1/2"H x 15 1/2"W x 13"D. 2nd shelf is 6 1/2"H x 15 1/12"W x 13"D and the last 4 shelves are 9"H x 15 1/2"W x 13"D. I know what your thinking that 14 by 14" pan won't fit, but it will. There is a couple inches beyond shelf towards the door, so the 14" x 14" pan will fit. If you look at Best Buy website and under ratings and reviews, it shows photos of freezer under Customer Image gallery. I have had this freezer for about 2wks and it is not hard to fill it up. Big selling point is the upright freezer is easy access vs the chest freezer. Good luck!
