• The box can be laid any way for transportation. Just be sure to sit it upright for a few hours once you get it home before plugging it in.

• It can be laid on its side, but you need to stand it up right for 24 hours before plugging it in.

• If you lay it over to transport let it sit upright for 24 hours before plugging in and starting.

• I had the same question. I was told to wait a few days after you get it set up before you plug it in. I did that it seems to be fine. It was hard for me to wait.

• Yes! Always transport upright. I chose a small delivery fee rather than hire a pick up truck.
