• It is very safe to as long as you follow the instructions and use it as it's meant to be used. This means only spray the solution on the soft cloth, never spray the solution on the area you're wanting to clean, never use too much solution and most of all never clean a device that's actively turned on.

• I am not sure I can answer this question. You do not spray it directly on the screen; you spray the cloth and then wipe the screen. The spay should never be sprayed directly on the screen. That is all I can off you.
