• You Should, because this is a normal USB hub, the only difference is the shape because is designed to fit with PS4 ergonomic design. Regards.

• It's specifically made to be used with the PS4. The way it's designed may be awkward for a laptop.

• No, this is specifically made for the PS4. It would look very awkward if you tried to connect this to a PC or laptop. Even if you could, you would require a couple of USB extender cables, which then defeats the purpose of a nice clean hub.
