Each line up to 180 degrees is in increments of 22.5 degrees each. There are 8 lines leading up to 180 degrees. (180 divided by 8 equals 22.5). The half way marks between 180 to 280 degrees are in 25 degree increments. After 280 degrees they are 20 degree increments up to 400 degrees max temperature. Hope this helps.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unlike the digital model, it is a little of a Guessing/estimating game with the analog model pertaining to setting temperature and time. I’ve owned both and due to this, would prefer the digital.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Choose the number on the dial that is closest to what you want the temperature set at. It won't be exact but will be close. Go by the settings in the book that came with the air fryer for temperature & length of time to cook.
