• The old version was recalled, same look different model number..was part of the recall. I am waiting for my refund. They send you a box in the mail and you return the machine and they send a gift card for the $50 or whatever you paid, if you have the receipt. We bought a new one and asked if they would cash the gift card.

• You have to go by the serial number. The one I had looks like this one but its serial number was on the recall list.
