The Rome’s is shielded so you should not have any issue.

Yes, I ran it next to Romex wiring for 75' from the house out to my shed. I haven't had any issueds

Really depends on what is going through Romex. I wouldn't install parallel to an A/C compressor feed, but would cross other lines perpendicular to the crossed line. The Ethernet cable is wired as 4 pair twisted cable to reduce common mode interference.
